We use a fun and age appropriate one-session class to build self-confidence and increase awareness skills that help prevent potential danger. PlayItSafeDefense offers a monthly subscription service to view self defense videos from the comfort of your own home, whenever you want!
Girl Scouts
Our Girl Scout class is designed to teach your Scout verbal and physical self defense in a fun, group atmosphere. By attending our self defense classes, Girl Scouts will earn their Awareness Patch or can earn a new and different patch for every class they attend. Our program is progressive as they mature.
