Since 2003, we have empowered hundreds of thousands of people by teaching them self defense skills. We use a fun and age appropriate one-session class to build self-confidence and increase awareness skills that help prevent potential danger. Our techniques teach how to respond to: Bullies, friendship-drama, inappropriate touch, abduction, and more.
Girl Scouts
Our Girl Scout class is designed to teach your Scout verbal and physical self defense in a fun, group atmosphere. By attending our self defense classes, Girl Scouts will earn their Awareness Patch or can earn a new and different patch for every class they attend. Our program is progressive as they mature.
