Women/Teen’s Self-Defense class: Sunday, February 6th

Recommended ages 6th grade to adult,

Students will learn the 10 most common ways women are attacked.  Students also learn prevention, verbal defense, boundary setting and the importance of confidence, voice and awareness. Safety issues will be discussed for all ages. This class is taught by Tracie Arlington, black-belt and nationally certified rape-defense instructor.

Women/Teen's Self-Defense class: Sunday, February 6th
We will be discussing sexual assault, so we recommend that students be 6th grade or older. Topics will also include: awareness, boundaries and the power of voice. We also teach the most common ways women are attacked and how to counter those attacks in a practical and realistic way. All students receive hands-on training.
