Students will practice the 10 most common ways women are attacked on male instructors who wear protective gear.

Women/Teen's full-contact class: June 12, 2022

Our full-contact class has been designed to offer the most practical self-defense techniques for the average woman in realistic assault scenarios. Students will execute the techniques on a real instructor while learning to channel their adrenaline to their advantage. This class will have a "high school and college-bound" emphasis. Prevention, voice, boundary setting, verbal and physical defense, and the importance of confidence and awareness will be emphasized. This class is taught by a team of black-belts and nationally certified self defense instructors and black-belts.

Play It Safe Defense reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum required is not met. If the venue cancels our class(es) student will receive a transfer to a future class and not be charged the transfer fee.

Refunds will be given if notified one week in advance. Due to staffing requirements, no refunds or transfers for cancellations received 72 hours prior to the class start time. Registrations can only be rescheduled to a future class providing there is room. There will be a $10.00 transfer fee per student. Sorry, NO refunds or transfers for no-shows.

Teens & Women and Play It Safe

Girl Scout clinics
