PRIVATE GROUP-Women/Teen's Full-Contact defense class: June 15th

“Play It Safe Defense" has been designed to offer the most effective and practical self-defense techniques for the average woman in realistic assault situations. Faced with a mock assailant wearing a padded suit, our class teaches a woman how to defend herself against the most common and probable attacks after learning and practicing the techniques on a "real instructor." Students are encouraged to go at their comfort level. Prevention, Awareness, voice and boundary setting are stressed in this class. College safety related issues will be discussed. This class is taught by Tracie & Matt Arlington, Black-Belts and certified self-defense instructors with the Women’s Self-Defense Community. This FUN, empowering class has been taught to hundreds of thousands of students.

Play It Safe Defense reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum required is not met. If the venue cancels our class(es) student will receive a transfer to a future class and not be charged the transfer fee.

Refunds will be given if notified one week in advance. Due to staffing requirements, no refunds or transfers for cancellations received 72 hours prior to the class start time. Registrations can only be rescheduled to a future class providing there is room. There will be a $10.00 transfer fee per student. Sorry, NO refunds or transfers for no-shows.
